Because all A Plus tutors are certified Massachusetts teachers or degreed professionals, our
high-quality, individualized instruction gives your child the best chance at success. And, in many cases, it can be done in the convenience of your own home.

Initially, we meet with the parents and school administrators to evaluate the specific needs of each student. Then we provide tutors who meet these needs.  

A Plus Tutoring Service offers year-round tutoring in all core subjects, using a program based on the Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks. In addition, we teach students the study and organizational skills they need to succeed.

Study and organizational skills
Many students have difficulty in school because they don’t really know how to study properly and have trouble organizing their time. The tutors at A Plus have developed an effective program to teach good study habits and efficient use of time.

Based in Melrose, Mass., just north of Boston, A Plus Tutoring serves students and adults in the surrounding communities, including Saugus, Malden, Medford, Winchester, Stoneham, Reading, Wakefield and Lynnfield. We can also make arrangements to provide services in other communities.
